Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our Sales Team at GroBro.ai. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining communication with schools after initial visits, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the overall sales process from lead engagement to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with schools after visits to take discussions forward and convert leads.
Coordinate with school decision-makers and maintain strong communication.
Assist the sales team with documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
Support the team in organizing demos, meetings, and product discussions.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Confident, proactive, and organized in handling multiple school accounts.
Ability to work collaboratively within the sales team.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing/Business/Sales preferred.
