Role Overview
We are looking for
Junior Sales Assistants
who can hustle, communicate with confidence, and build genuine connections. The role will focus on engaging
inbound leads
(from ads, inquiries, and walk-ins) as well as
outbound calling
on our existing database to build a steady pipeline. Your
primary target
will be to schedule the maximum number of
Video Calls (VCs) and Site Visits
with prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify inbound leads from various channels (ads, website, WhatsApp, hoardings, events, etc.)
Conduct outbound calls on our database to generate interest
Explain project highlights, answer basic queries, and create interest for VCs/visits
Schedule and confirm VCs/site visits for senior sales managers
Maintain daily call logs, CRM updates, and lead status reports
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets of VCs/visits
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for conversions
What We Expect
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a pre-sales, telesales, or sales role (real estate background preferred)
Skills:
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
Attitude:
Committed, hardworking, and hungry for incentives -- not just looking for a salary
Ability to work under pressure, handle rejections, and stay motivated
Willingness to stretch working hours when needed to achieve targets
