Sales Administrator / Sales Assistant
to join our team remotely from India.
Role Overview
The Sales Administrator / Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing CRM data, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth scheduling and dispatch of field crews. You will work directly with our Canadian team, so the ability to collaborate in Canadian business hours (PST) is required.
Responsibilities
Maintain CRM records and ensure all sales data is accurate and up to date
Prepare and send sales quotes, contracts, and follow-up documentation
Assist with scheduling and dispatching field crews across multiple service lines
Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth job execution
Track sales performance and generate reports for management review
Handle email and message follow-ups to ensure prospects and jobs move forward
Manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and scheduling software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work full-time during Canadian business hours (PST)
Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
Previous experience in sales administration, operations support, or dispatching preferred
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
