We are seeking a motivated and proactive

Junior Sales Assistant

to support our sales and business development activities. In this role, you will actively research markets, identify opportunities, and support the team in converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant with strong communication skills and experience in the chemical field. This role involves significant

on-ground market work

, including understanding market dynamics, studying product demand trends, and helping connect the company with the right clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

Curate and analyze target markets to understand potential opportunities. Conduct

market research

to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new product demands. Identify and bring

relevant prospective clients

to the sales team. Chase and evaluate

new product trends

based on market requirements. Assist with sales coordination, follow-ups, and client communication. Support the preparation of quotations, pricing comparisons, and sales reports. Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of basic sales workflows.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales support, market research, or business development. Prior experience in the

chemical industry

is preferred.
