About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled

BIM MEP Modeler

with more than 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating MEP models using BIM standards to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

BIM models in Revit (and other BIM tools). Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings as per project requirements and industry standards. Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure model accuracy. Produce shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models. Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain compliance with project-specific BIM standards. Perform clash detection and coordinate with engineers/designers to resolve issues. Update models based on redlines, markups, or client feedback. Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
