Function: Retouching xc2xb7
Location: Coimbatore xc2xb7
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM xc2xb7
Monthly Salary : INR 15,000
Candidates with interest and skill in visual arts like painting, pencil shading will be given preference.
Genuine interest in photography, art and Adobe Photoshop is a must. Previous experience or training in Photoshop is a bonus but we are looking for candidates who want to pursue a career in this field.
We are looking for candidates who will stick with us for the long term and we are definitely not looking for short term or part-time employment.
We ask for a 2-year compulsory employment agreement with the selected candidates. We provide a one-time retention incentive of INR 75,000 at the end of 2 years. Breaking the compulsory employment agreement within 2 years will attract a penalty of INR 1,00,000
First year CTC : INR 1,80,000
Second year CTC: INR 3,37,000 (Including retention incentive and compulsory promotion hikes)
