Job Overview

Chettinad Super Speciality Hospital is inviting applications from motivated and compassionate Junior Residents to join our clinical team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience, work closely with senior consultants, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical care to inpatients and outpatients under supervision Take patient history, conduct examinations, and document findings Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and surgeries Monitor patient progress and update treatment records regularly Respond to emergencies and participate in duty rosters Maintain accurate medical records and case sheets Communicate effectively with patients and their families Follow hospital protocols, ethics, and safety standards
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: MBBS from a recognized medical council Registration: Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council / NMC registration Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years Willingness to work in shifts and clinical duties
Skills Required

Strong clinical knowledge Good communication skills Clinical documentation Teamwork and professionalism Ability to handle work pressure
