Cognitive Clinical Management

1. Perform and document history & physical examination

2. Formulate differential diagnosis

3. Develops and documents initial plan of care

4. Modifies daily plan of care*

5. Writes daily progress notes

6. Obtain and document informed consent

7. Order appropriate referrals*

8. Order appropriate investigations*

9. Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients*

10. Interpret laboratory & radiology results*

11. Orders transfusions of blood and blood products*

12. Order appropriate medication and other orders

13. Prepare an appropriate discharge summary

14.Follows the prescribed Format for patient handoff at end of shift/duty

Clinical Non-invasive Management

1. Perform digital rectal examination

2. Perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation

3. Orders, adjusts artificial feeding modalities Part of Code Blue team

Clinical Invasive Management

1. Inserts central venous catheter*

2. Performs oral endotracheal intubation*

3. Performs nasogastric intubation

4. Inserts urethral catheter.

5. Pleural tapping

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
