Job Title: Junior Resident

Location: Graphic Era Hospital, Dehradun

Job Overview: Graphic Era Hospital in Dehradun is seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Resident. The JR will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care , collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Patient Care:

Manage and provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients admitted to the hospital Monitor and evaluate the condition of patients, administer appropriate treatments, and make critical decisions in emergency situations. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
2.Medical Rounds and Documentation:

Conduct regular medical rounds, document patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
3.Communication:

Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and colleagues regarding treatment plans, prognoses, and any relevant information. Participate in regular meetings and case discussions with the medical team.
4.Quality Improvement:

Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department. Stay updated with the latest advancements.
Qualifications:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. State Medical Council registration.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
License:

Valid medical license and registration with the State Medical Council, National Medical Council.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
