DESIGNATION: JUNIOR RESIDENT DOCTOR QUALIFICATION: MBBS EXPERIENCE: FRESHER / EXPERIENCE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: He / She should reside in hospital premises where ever designated quarters are provided. He will look after the problems arising with regard to functioning of the hospital. He / She is the indenting officer for drugs and chemicals. He regulates postings for specialist, Sr. Specialists, General Duty Medical Officers. To casualty Pharmacists and nursing staff & group d in concurrence with medical superintendent/ and nursing superintendent/ Matron. He / She attends to legal matters concerned with treatment of patients and issue of copies of documents concerned with treatment of patients. Assessing a patient\'s symptoms, diagnosing any illnesses and other conditions, Planning and conducting a patient\'s course of treatment, administering follow-up care for patients if necessary, Prescribing medication with dedication. Contributing clinical expertise to patient care Ensuring the highest standards in patient care is maintained. Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans. Hiring, supervising, and mentoring healthcare professionals and collaborating with consultants. Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care. Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs. To do assessment and to initiate immediate treatment. To take and note down history of patients. Detailed round of the Ward & ICU patient. To monitor vitals of inpatients, inform the vitals parameters, diagnostic investigation to concern senior doctor. Entry in details of each & every patient. 16. Maintaining the confidentiality in the department activities. Other works assigned by the HOD / MS / Dean / Management time to time basis.
