Junior Reservation Executive:
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling reservations for travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to provide assistance and ensure smooth booking processes.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to confirm reservations and handle any changes or cancellations.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and promotions to provide relevant information to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
IATA and GDS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet clients' needs.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
6-12 months experience in travel and tourism industry.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
