Junior Reservation Executive - Travel Consultant / Air Ticketing

Key Responsibilities

Handle booking and reservations for domestic and international travel Assist clients with itinerary planning, pricing, and queries. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely confirmations. Maintain records of bookings and prepare reports as required. Provide post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and rescheduling. Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the reservation process.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field (preferred). Minimum 6 months-1 years of experience in travel reservations or customer service. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam/Hindi. Basic knowledge of reservation platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or similar is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. IATA-certified candidates will be given preference.
