Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process--from sourcing and screening to selection and offer rollout.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define key competencies for each role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate records and status updates.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive communication throughout the hiring process.
