Junior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Use job portals such as

Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

for active and passive candidate sourcing. Conduct

initial telephonic screening

to assess candidate interest, experience, and suitability. Coordinate and schedule

interviews

with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the

candidate database

and daily recruitment tracker. Support senior recruiters in

mass hiring

and meeting weekly recruitment targets. Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback, status updates, and documentation. Contribute to employer branding and posting

job advertisements

on multiple platforms. Maintain a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

6 months of experience

in recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT depending on requirement). Strong understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment tools. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

with target-driven tasks. Good time-management and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of

MS Excel

, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
