Support senior recruiters in
mass hiring
and meeting weekly recruitment targets.
Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback, status updates, and documentation.
Contribute to employer branding and posting
job advertisements
on multiple platforms.
Maintain a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT depending on requirement).
Strong understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
with target-driven tasks.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel
, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
