Job Description

Navtech is looking for a dynamic Junior Recruiter who will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Working as a Junior Recruiter at Navtech, you will:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.) through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels. Understand technical requirements of each role and identify the right talent. Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fitment (skills, experience, and culture). Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track the hiring pipeline. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruitment database. Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and recurring IT positions. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, offer negotiations, and joining formalities as required.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, etc.). Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and IT skill sets. Possess the ability to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willing to attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand. Have MBA/Bachelors Degree and education throughout in English medium.
