End-to-end recruitment for cafe/restaurant staff
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and walk-ins
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with management
Handling joining formalities and documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR data
Supporting day-to-day HR operations and other HR-related works
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Hospitality/retail industry experience preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring
