Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter - Junior level
to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring timely onboarding for various departments, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle - from identifying hiring needs to final onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in manpower planning and job description preparation.
Build strong relationships with department heads to understand their hiring requirements.
Handle joining formalities and assist in employee induction when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience
in recruitment (experience in
hospital/medical field preferred
).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet recruitment timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
