Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using Naukri.com and other job portals.
Post and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Maintain candidate database and provide regular hiring status updates.
Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities
