We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal channels
Source and screen candidates through resumes, calls, and databases
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Conduct initial HR rounds to assess candidate suitability
Support in on boarding and documentation of selected candidates
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate pipelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the recruitment process
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
