Junior Recruiter
to support our hiring needs across departments.
Role Overview
The Junior Recruiter will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, helping identify, screen, and coordinate hiring for various technical and non-technical roles within the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within the design and architecture industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in hiring for roles such as:
Architects
Interior Designers
3D Artists / Visualizers
Draftspersons
Business Development Executives
CRM, Accounts & Support roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and offers
Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers with interest in recruitment may apply)
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior experience hiring for architecture, design, or construction-related roles
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Interest in the design, architecture, or creative industry
