Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support senior recruiters in meeting daily and weekly hiring targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
