Build and manage a strong database of qualified candidates for
bulk and niche hiring needs

Conduct career counseling sessions to guide candidates professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably with HR consultancy, edtech, or digital marketing agency).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in
mass hiring
and candidate relationship management.
Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent database tools.
