About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Junior Recruiter

to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow their career in recruitment and HR. You will assist in the full recruitment lifecycle -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or phone interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms. Participate in employer branding activities, campus recruitment, and hiring events. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Prepare recruitment reports and help track hiring metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
