We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Recruiter
to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support the end-to-end hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
Engage with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
0-1 year of experience in recruitment / HR internship experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
