The Field Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of field staff, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires strong field presence, relationship management, and the ability to meet manpower requirements within defined timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in field recruitment or similar roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong field networking and local market knowledge.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of HR systems, spreadsheets, and onboarding processes.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred.
