Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
Draft and post job descriptions on recruitment portals.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
Assist HR team in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Female candidate, based in Kochi.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
6 Months-2 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
