Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify international nursing staffing requirements.
Source candidates using a pre-defined set of leads and other recruitment channels.
Contact leads
to find out candidates searching for nursing vacancies
Screen resumes
and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Reach out to candidates, assess their qualifications, and guide them through the recruitment process.
Manage the interview scheduling process
and maintain clear communication with candidates.
Facilitate job offers, including terms negotiation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Keep accurate and organized records of candidate details and recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or masters in any discipline.
Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills to engage and convert candidates.
Ability to manage tasks independently while also working effectively in a team.
