We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment life cycle for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Post job openings on various job boards and career pages.
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates.
Assist in background checks, reference checks, and documentation.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR team members on hiring needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or similar role (internships acceptable).
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
