Conduct first-level screening calls in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Keep our ATS updated with accurate records.
Schedule interviews with employers.
Manage job postings across digital platforms.
Provide admin support to recruitment operations.
Join training sessions to learn industry-specific recruitment practices.
Qualifications
0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles (freshers can apply).
Strong communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with MS Office and online job portals.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
