Handle
end-to-end recruitment
life cycle, from
job posting
to
offer negotiation
.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
Use job portals
(Naukri, Shine, Indeed), LinkedIn
, and other platforms to attract talent.
Schedule interview
and follow up with candidates.
Maintain database
of candidates and ensure regular
follow-ups.
Assist in client reporting, interview coordination, and MIS tracking.
Support bulk hiring, campus hiring, or walk-in drives as needed.
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of
banking & finance
terms and job functions.
Familiarity with recruitment
tools, job portals & Excel
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in
Banking, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
.
6 months to 2 years of experience in a
recruitment/placement agency
.
Prior experience recruiting for
BFSI roles
(nice to have).
