. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to recruitment within a staffing or placement firm and be familiar with hiring for roles such as
Relationship Managers, Branch Operations, Tellers, Sales Executives, and Back Office professionals within banks and NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various
banking and financial sector positions
.
Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
Coordinate with
client banks and NBFCs to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking.
Schedule interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support in offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
Assist senior recruiters and HR leads in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in
recruitment for banking or BFSI clients
.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn sourcing, and internal databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking roles and terminology.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
