JOB DESCRIPTION

Available Position: JUNIOR REBAR ESTIMATOR

key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate rebar quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.*
Prepare bar lists and summaries based on the project scope.*
Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and project specifications.*
Incorporate client-specific requirements into the estimation process.*
Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to clarify project details.*
Resolve discrepancies in project plans or specifications.*
Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals and estimation reports.*
Maintain organized records of all estimates and supporting documents.*

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering*
Experience:*
0- 2 years of experience in rebar estimation or site work*
Skills:*
Proficiency in estimation software.*
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.*
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.*
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.*
