Role Description
? Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimates and tender documents for construction projects, taking into account materials, labour, and other expenses.
? Tender Evaluation, Rate Analysis, M Book Calculations, Procurement Process, Negotiation and Finalisation with Vendors & Contractors.
? Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
? Coordinating with Architects, consultants and designers for clarifications in drawings if any.
? Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.
? Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.
? Bills Certification and Payment processing.
? Analyse and monitor project costs and budget, identifying and addressing variances.
? Prepare and submit progress reports, budget reports, and financial reports for clients and management.
? Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
? Conduct periodical site visits to ensure measurements and consumption are as per approved quantities
? Periodical coordination for architectural, electrical, mechanical works at sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
