Key Responsibilities

Preparing cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and budgets

Monitoring project costs and controlling expenses

Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts

Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors

Ensuring projects are completed within budget and legal compliance

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, QS software

Good communication skills ( Both English & Malayalam)

Attention to detail and financial accuracy

Qualifications

B. Tech in Civil Engineering (required)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
