Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our project team in civil and interior works. The candidate will assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control under the guidance of senior QS and project managers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in quantity take-offs for civil and interior works Prepare and update BOQs and measurement sheets Support cost estimation and budgeting activities Take site measurements and compare with drawings Assist in preparation of RA bills and final bills Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors Track material usage and labour quantities Maintain billing records, cost reports, and documentation Support senior QS in rate analysis and project documentation
Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Basic understanding of civil and interior works
Skills & Knowledge:

Ability to read civil & interior drawings Basic knowledge of construction materials and rates Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work on site and office
Preferred

Knowledge of interior items like gypsum, woodwork, flooring, painting Exposure to billing or estimation
