We are hiring for Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Billing Engineer
Qualification; BE/B.Tech Civil
Experience: 5-7 Years
Salary- 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1.Cost Management:
o Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
o Monitor and report on project costs, including tracking expenses and ensuring
adherence to the budget.
o Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial forecasting
2.Measurement and Valuation:
o Conduct site measurements and prepare detailed quantity take-offs for
various trades.
o Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and ensure they are accurate and up-
to-date.
o Value work done on-site and prepare interim valuations and payment
certificates.
