Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

quality inspection

of parts and assemblies Support

incoming, in-process, and final quality checks

Maintain

quality records, inspection reports, and dashboards

Help with

root cause analysis

(5 Why, Fishbone) Support

corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

Ensure compliance with

IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

standards Coordinate with

production, suppliers, and engineering teams

Assist during

internal and external audits

Basic knowledge of

automotive manufacturing processes

Understanding of

quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)

Familiarity with

7 QC tools

Ability to use

measuring instruments

(Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge, Dial) Knowledge of

GD&T basics

Strong

attention to detail

Good

problem-solving skills

Understanding of

root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)

Willingness to work on the

shop floor

Strong

process and discipline orientation

Ability to

maintain quality documentation

Basic

Excel and reporting skills

Good

communication skills

Strong

ethical mindset and integrity

Ability to

handle pressure and audits
