Role Overview

Pristine Developers is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Junior Quality Engineer

to support quality control activities at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of construction standards and be committed to ensuring project quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing quality control procedures on construction sites. Conduct basic inspections and document findings. Report deviations and assist in corrective actions. Support senior quality staff in audits and compliance checks. Monitor the use of approved materials and methods. Help maintain quality documentation and records. Assist in training site workers on quality practices and safety standards. Coordinate with the project team to ensure adherence to quality plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in a quality role within the construction or real estate industry. Familiarity with basic quality standards and construction site procedures. Good communication and observation skills. Basic knowledge of documentation, materials inspection, and quality checks. Willingness to learn and grow in the field of quality management.
