Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Inspections:

Perform routine inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Process Monitoring:

Monitor production processes to detect defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.

Documentation:

Maintain and update quality records, inspection logs, and test reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Non-Conformance Management:

Identify and document non-conformities, report findings to senior QC staff, and assist in corrective actions.

Testing & Analysis:

Assist in testing materials and products for strength, durability, and functionality.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify quality improvement opportunities.

Equipment Calibration:

Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality control procedures.

Support in Audits:

Participate in internal and external audits as needed to maintain certifications and standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

,

Industrial Engineering

, or a related field.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in a

quality control

or

quality assurance

role, preferably in manufacturing.

Pay: ₹10,631.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
