Job Description

Handling of change control, deviation and CAPA and OOS activities.

Monitoring of stability trend study- Maintaining quality standards as mentioned in the quality policy manual. Review of Analytical data along with data of RM, PM, Intermediate and Finished products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Extend technical/quality related support to manufacturing sites.

Handling market complaint, conduct plant audits, review change control / deviation / OOS (Out of Specification) / OOT (Out of Trend), Quality agreement and APQR (Annual Product Quality Review).

Ensure documents are maintained as per the SOP

Quality improvement.

Enforcement & Management of quality policy.

Set up Quality control

Quality inspection standard, Validation, gauge procurement & storage.

Daily quality control

Production parts inspection & judgement, initial parts stable quality control,
Design & process change control, regular quality inspection.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required Candidates : 01

Total Experience Required :

Must be Experience 1 to 3 Years in Automobile Field.

Education :

B.E. / CIPET : - Plastic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
