What you will do:

Implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures on-site. Ensure that all construction work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Perform material testing (e.g., concrete cube testing, slump tests, sieve analysis of aggregates, etc.) Inspect and verify workmanship at various stages of construction (foundation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, etc.) Maintain quality documentation and test records, including third-party test reports. Monitor concrete batching, placement, and curing processes as per approved mix design.n Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for rectification of quality issues. Conduct internal audits and assist during external/consultant inspections. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.s Ensure timely calibration of lab equipment and maintenance of testing logs. Study and interpret relevant IS codes, standards, and technical drawings. Support in conducting training for site teams on quality procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering 2-6 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles in civil construction projects (residential/commercial/infrastructure) Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards (IS codes, MORTH, etc.) Familiar with mix design, lab testing equipment, and documentation protocols Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle documentation, audits, and quality coordination independently Good communication and teamwork abilities
