As a

Junior Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer

, you will assist in managing project costs and billing processes. You'll play a crucial role in supporting project execution through accurate quantity calculations, contractor billing and cost tracking.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills for subcontractors and vendors Maintain daily work progress records and quantity measurements Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) verification and cost estimation Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing data Ensure accurate reconciliation of materials and labor consumption Assist in tendering and procurement-related documentation Track project cost versus budget and report deviations Support the preparation of client invoices and ensure timely submissions Maintain documentation for audits and project records

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
?

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, billing, or estimation Previous exposure to residential or commercial projects preferred
?

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of construction measurement methods (IS codes) Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis and contract billing Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD; knowledge of ERP tools (added advantage)

Key Competencies:

Strong numerical and analytical skills Detail-oriented with good documentation practices Effective communication and coordination abilities Willingness to work at project sites as needed

Pay: From ?300,000.00 per year
