Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Assist in implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
Collect and test product samples to ensure compliance with specifications.
Record and report non-conformities or deviations to QC Supervisor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of inspection results.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laboratory/testing area.
Collaborate with production and packaging teams to resolve quality issues.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in a QC/QA role, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using basic lab equipment (pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.)
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS).
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
