Job Title -

Junior Purchase Executive

we are seeking a

Junior Purchase Executive with 2 to 4 years

to our purchase department to manage procurement activities, fabrication materials, sheet metal, FRP components, and medical device equipment parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical or electronics domains and also experienced in vendor development and vendor management.

Key responsibilities :-

1. Manage procurement of components related of fabrication, sheet metal, FRP, and medical device equipment.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality procurement.

3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking.

4. Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurements records in ERP / SAP systems. Co-ordinate with internal departments such as production, stores, and to fulfill material requirements.

5. Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and delivery follow ups.

Required skills:-

1. strong knowledge and practical experience to

fabrication, sheet metal components, and FRP.

2. Experience in medical Devices or components handling is an added advantage.

3. Good understanding of electronics and mechanical components.

4. proficiency in

ERP, SAP, TALLY.

5. strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

Educational background :-

B.E in electronics or mechanical engineering or this related engineering.
