The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, responsible for procuring the high-quality components and technology that fuel our innovation. You will play a critical part in ensuring our production and R&D pipelines are efficient, cost-effective, and always equipped with the best materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new domestic and international suppliers for specialized drone components such as sensors, motors, carbon fiber frames, avionics, batteries, and other electronic parts.

Negotiation & Cost Management:

Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the most advantageous terms for the company.

Procurement Cycle Management:

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Track orders from placement through to delivery, proactively resolving any potential delays.

Logistics & Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics partners for the timely and compliant import/export of goods, handling necessary documentation.

Inventory & Demand Forecasting:

Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to forecast demand, plan procurement schedules, and maintain optimal inventory levels of critical components to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure they meet our quality and delivery standards.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of new technologies, potential alternative components, and pricing trends in the UAV/drone industry.

Database & Record Keeping:

Maintain and update our supplier database, component specifications, pricing information, and order records within our ERP system.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

0-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably within the

electronics, aerospace, automotive, or technology manufacturing industry

.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics), Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and inventory management. Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement software. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
