Job Title: Junior Project Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Junior Project Supervisor will assist in coordinating and supervising project activities, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, technicians, and internal project teams to maintain schedules, control costs, and ensure project deliverables are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up on gate pass procedures for technicians and project staff.

Support client coordination and ensure clear communication between project teams and customers.

Monitor project schedules, progress, and manpower allocation to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Track project expenses and assist in preparing progress and cost reports.

Arrange transportation and logistics for site teams as required.

Follow up on invoice submissions and payments to ensure timely financial closure of projects.

Assist the Project Engineer or Project Manager in daily operational activities and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.

1-3 years of experience in industrial, refinery, or maintenance project coordination preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of basic project documentation and reporting procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
