Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Junior Project Manager

who can help plan, track, and execute internal tech and operations projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to

grow into a full-scale Project / Product Manager

and learn how real-world SaaS and logistics projects are built.

You will work closely with founders, developers, designers, and operations teams to ensure tasks move on time and priorities stay clear.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and tracking projects (Tech, Operations, CRM, Website, Internal Tools) Break down projects into tasks, timelines, and ownership Follow up with team members to ensure timely execution Maintain project boards (Microsoft Planner / Trello / Jira / Notion) Prepare daily or weekly status updates and reports Identify delays, risks, and dependency issues early Coordinate between tech, operations, and management teams Document processes, workflows, and SOPs Support testing, rollout, and feedback collection for new features

Skills & Requirements:

0-1 year experience or

strong internship / project exposure

Basic understanding of project management concepts Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities Microsoft Planner / Excel / Google Sheets Notion / Trello / Jira (any one is fine) Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset Interest in

technology, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Management, or related field Fresh graduates with real execution mindset are encouraged to apply
