Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Support senior project managers in tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up on tasks. Help identify project risks and assist in resolving issues as they arise. Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting notes. Assist in managing resources and ensuring teams have the tools they need. Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients. Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). 0-1 years of experience in project management, construction, or the facade industry (internships or relevant part-time roles are acceptable). Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of construction project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar). A keen interest in the facade industry and construction technologies. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with facade systems and materials (e.g., curtain walls, glazing, cladding, etc.). Understanding of building codes and safety regulations in the construction industry. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Construction management or facade-related certification is a plus (e.g., LEED, PMP, or similar).
