Job description

Coordinate project activities in selected villages of Kolar district, in close collaboration with the central project team.

Maintain accurate field-level records:

attendance, meeting minutes, activity reports, follow-up notes, case/referral tracking (where applicable).

Build and maintain trusting relationships with women's groups, local leaders, frontline workers, and service providers.

Work closely with the central project team, researchers, and other field staff, participating in regular review meetings and training
