Junior Project Estimator - Remote (Full-Time)

About the Role - We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Estimator to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals passionate about construction estimation. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the estimation process for various construction projects--analyzing drawings, preparing takeoffs, assisting with budgets, and collaborating closely with senior estimators and project managers.

Key Responsibilities -
- Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for construction projects - Assist in quantity takeoffs and project budgeting
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Support senior estimators and project leads on multiple projects

Qualifications & Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, and quantity takeoff fundamentals
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with estimation software/tools (preferred, not mandatory)
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
